#15 Beecher wins River Valley Conference Title. Finishes 30-0 first undefeated regular season in Chicago Area since 2020!!!!! Top performances around the state last night!!!!

Beecher 81 St Anne 46: Beecher defended The Den once again. Beecher is a fun team to watch. They have great movement among each other, knows where everyone is on the court. This could be a result of 4 of the players have played with each other since kindergarten. Point guard Adyn McGinley is the orchestrator. They've won one regional in their history, but I have a feeling they will add another. Could see a possible matchup if similar styles in the always tough Class 2A Central (Joliet) Supersectional. They dominated this game leading 22-6 after one, 45-20 at half, and 69-38 after three. This triggered a running clock in fourth quarter and reserves playing. Beecher goes into Class 2A playoffs at 30-0 with a River Valley Conference title, while St Anne, who's in Class 1A drops to 15-13.

Adyn McGinley, 6'0" senior point guard: 4 year varsity performer had a double/doulbe last night. Stat line was 10 points 3 rebounds 10 assists 3 steals and 1 block. He was touching the paint anytime he wanted and created for himself and others.

Zackary Johnson, 6'0" senior combo guard: Scored on feeds from McGinley, drives to the paint finishing with short jumpers or layups. Stat line 19 points 5 rebounds 4 assists and 1 steal.

Ethan Rydberg, 6'3" senior combo guard: Scored on short jumpers and finishes at the rim. Stat line 13 points 2 rebounds and 3 assists.

Orlin Nesbitt, 6'5" junior wing: He protected the paint and scored at the rim on feeds from McGinley. Did hit a three and filled the stat sheet. Stat line 9 points 4 rebounds 2 assists 2 steals and 3 blocks.

Jack Hayhurst, 6'4" senior guard: Stat line was 8 points 5 rebounds and 4 steals.

Top performer for St Anne:
