Rich Township (Richton Park) vs Homewood Flossmoor title game last year was off the chains. Homewood Flossmoor left for Pontiac, but they added Warren Township (Gurnee), Lincoln Park (Chicago), and Whitney Young (Chicago) which came from Proviso West. Hard to pick a favorite, but....HERE WE GO!!!!!

FAVORITE: Warren Township (Gurnee): 5th ranked team in Chicago Area with reigning Mr Basketball in junior point guard Jaxson Davis. He's so gifted at controlling a game. Senior backcourt mate Braylon Walker has been more assertive offensively this year. Key players will be senior's Avonn King on the interior, and three point sniper Joel Paasch.

SECOND FAVORITE: Kenwood Academy (Chicago): Could be Lincoln Park (Chicago) here but Broncos get the slight nod. Junior Osiris Belll has been playing very well on both ends. Junior Damari Stephens will need to be more consistent if they are to win the tournament.

DARK HORSE: Whitney Young (Chicago): Tennesee point guard commit Marquis Clark has shown so far he can carry a young team. Will need more consistent play from juniors Ed Williams IV, and Caden Crudup.
