3) Hillcrest (Country Club Hills) (24-2) (3A): Survives at Homewood Flossmoor. Hosts Richards (Oak Lawn).
4) Kenwood Academy (Chicago) (19-5) (4A): Won Chicago Public League Red South/Central for first time. Hosts Corliss (Chicago) Wednesday in Chicago Public League Playoffs First Round.
5) West (Joliet) (19-5) (4A): Blew out Plainfield schools North and Central. Senior Michigan State commit Jeremy Fears Jr makes McDonald's All-American. Congrats. Tuesday at Romeoville, Friday at East (Plainfield), Saturday against Cathedral (Indianapolis).
6) Whitney Young (Chicago) (19-5) (4A): Beat Chaminade (St Louis) in Missouri. Hosts Amundsen (Chicago) in Chicago Public League Playoffs first round.
7) Brother Rice (Chicago) (22-3) (4A): Beat St Ignatius by a point. Friday hosts #8 Mount Carmel (Chicago).
8) Mount Carmel (Chicago) (21-2) (3A): Beat St Rita (Chicago). Visits #7 Brother Rice (Chicago).
9) Hinsdale Central (22-3) (4A): Beat Lincoln Way East (Frankfort). Friday hosts Oak Park River Forest, Saturday at East (Plainfield).
10) New Trier (Winnetka) (21-4) (4A): Beat Glenbrook South (Glenview) to take lead in Central Suburban South. Tuesday at Niles West (Skokie), Friday at Evanston Township
11) North (Downers Grove) (20-3) (4A): Beat up on Oak Park River Forest and Lane Tech. Friday against #19 Glenbrook South (Glenview).
12) Rolling Meadows (21-4) (4A): Lost to Moline was never in the game as they shot a terrible percentage from the field. They just do not like playing in the Titan Dome at Glenbrook South (Glenview). Tuesday hosts Buffalo Grove, Friday hosts Wheeling, Saturday hosts Libertyville (both won Holiday Tournaments).
13) Glenbrook North (Northbrook) (21-3) (4A): Lost at Evanston Township. Dropped to second place alone in Central Suburban South. Tuesday hosts #19 Glenbrook South (Glenview), Friday at Maine South (Park Ridge).

21) Wheaton Warrenville South (21-2) (4A): New to the poll. Returning starter senior Braylen Meredith along with Luca Carbonaro have quietly let them to an outstanding season. Friday hosts North (Wheaton), Saturday against Sussex Hamilton (WI).
22) St Rita (Chicago) (14-10) (4A): Lost to #8 Mount Carmel (Chicago) and nationally ranked Montverde Academy (FL) at Montverde Invitational Title Game. Beat Riviera Prep (FL). Friday at Providence Catholic (New Lenox).
23) Loyola Academy (Wilmette) (20-7) (4A): Beat Providence Catholic (New Lenox) and DePaul College Prep (Chicago). Lost to #16 Bolingbrook. Friday at DeLaSalle Institute (Chicago).
24) St ignatius College Prep (Chicago) (16-8) (3A): Lost to Brother Rice (Chicago) and Nazareth Academy (LaGrange). Friday at DePaul College Prep (Chicago), Saturday against Lincoln Park (Chicago).
