Big Tim’s Preseason Top 10 teams in North Suburbs of Chicago!!!

Writer: Big TimBig Tim

1) Glenbrook North (Northbrook): (assuming Josh Fridman is ready to go). If not they still have a lot of experience. Senior guard Owen Giannoulias and senior forward Northwestern football commit Patrick Schaller.

2) Warren Township (Gurnee): Incoming freshman Jaxson Davis debuts, look out for senior Alex Daniels. Senior wing Immanuel Brown is an athletic slasher as is junior Javarion Banks. Sophomore guard Braylon Walker is a scorer.

3) Stevenson (Lincolnshire): junior Atticus Richmond is vastly underrated. Guards Aidan Bardic (junior) and sophomore Rocco Pagliocca makes a nice backcourt.

4) New Trier (Winnetka): Shooters everywhere. Senior Ian Brown is the leader along with senior Logan Felder. Junior guard Colby Smith and sohomore guards Chris Kirkpatrick and Danny Houlihan are versatile scoring threats.

5) Glenbrook South (Glenview): Seniors Nick Taylor and Nate Kasher are big time scoring threats from all over the court. Add in junior guard Anestis Hadjistamoulou and senior guard Dom Johnson.

6) Niles North (Skokie): Junior laden but experienced. Yaris Irby and Reid Olson have great chemistry. Junior guard Kaiden Chatman Jr is X-factor. Another junior Dylan Lam is a knockdown corner three point shooter. Last junior forward Hunter Gawron handles the paint.

7) Carmel Catholic (Mundelein): Senior Kaleb Jackson is most underrated point guard in the area. Junior combo guard Ethan Henderson is a scorer from three and slashing to the basket. Senior wing Fabian Rudd transfers back from Midlothian (VA).

😎 Evanston Township: Lost 5 seniors. Rebuild with senior point guard Brandon Watson and senior wing Morgan Brown. Junior wing Theo Rocca could be leading scorer.

9) Waukegan: Could surprise as they have senior point guard Joseph “Jezzy” White transfer in. Sophomores wing Simereon Carter and point guard Carter Newsome are up and coming.

10) Deerfield: Moves to tougher Central Suburban South from North. Senior guard Charlie Robin is leading scorer. Twin Towers 6’8” Drew Rodgers (junior) and Jake Pollack (sophomore) gives them size.
