Big Tim's Super 25 Chicago Area Boys Basketball Rankings After Week 13!!!!

Light schedule last week that still had some upsets precipitating movement in the rankings. Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn) is back in rankings, Stevenson (Lincolnshire) drops out with loss. IHSA State Playoffs start Monday with regionals. Everyone in rankings start Wednesday. One loss and season is over. Here we go:

1) Kenwood Academy (Chicago) (27-1) (4A): Stays at one. Idle this week. #1 seed in Hinsdale Central Sectional. First round vs Juarez (Chicago)/Kelly (Chicago) winner in Riverside Brookfield Regional.

2) Homewood Flossmoor (27-3) (4A): Moves up two spots beating Andrew (Tinley Park). #1 seed in Rich Township (Richton Park) Sectional. Plays winner of Stagg (Palos Hills)/ Shepard (Palos Heights) in Romeoville Regional.

3) Marist ( Chicago) (29-2) (4A): Moves up two spots. Blew out DeLaSalle Instutute (Chicago) and Evergreen Park. #2 seed in Rich Township (Richton Park) Sectional. Plays Eisenhower (Blue Island) in Marist (Chicago) Regional.

4) Bolingbrook (27-4) (4A): Moves up two spots. Beat Minooka. #1 seed in Benet Academy (Lisle) Sectional. Plays winner of East (Aurora)/Central (Naperville) in Bolingbrook Regional.

5) Benet Academy (Lisle) (26-5) (4A): Moves up three spots. Won at previous #2 DePaul College Prep (Chicago). #3 seed in Benet Academy (Lisle) Sectional. Plays East (Plainfield) in East (Oswego) Regional.
