Kentucky offers Devin Askew

Kentucky just offered 5 star Class of 2021 6’2” point guard Devin Askew of Mater Dei, Santa Ana,CA. He plays travel basketball for Team Why Not who finished second at the Peach Jam. He can get to the basket, has a good three point shot and can pass when willing. I saw three of his games at the Peach Jam Finals. He can get shot happy(as most point guards do these days), but he has a flame thrower for a three point shot. He can easily get on a roll from deep. He still needs to learn when to score and when to facilitate. He had a great balance with his high school team when I saw them at the Chicago Elite Classic last December. I’m glad Kentucky offered him because he is A top shelf talent.
