MCC Crescents are only in their sixth year as a school. First Islamic school in state history to reach 20 wins in a season. This is their second year in the IHSA. Good balanced team could have a shot at a deep run. They have size, inside scoring, rebounding, and outside scoring. Play a zone press defense that gets steals and layups. Good passing team on the perimeter and feeds the post. Here we go:
Muslim Community Center Crescents (Morton Grove) 73 Acero/Cruz (Chicago) 30: MCC is a 4 seed in the Harvest Christian Academy (Elgin) Subsectional A. This game was a blowout from the start.
