Simeon Career Academy (Chicago) not playing an out of state opponent: usually they play one of the out of state teams, but will have a tough test with Hillcrest (Country Club Hills). Rematch of Class 3A Supersectional in same building last March.

Cleveland State commit Je'Shawn Stevenson Jr of Lindbloom (Chicago) vs West (Joliet) senior wing Justus McNair who's a good defender. Stevenson is a professional scorer. Can McNair slow him down?

Big time Big man matchup: Illinois commit Morez Johnson Jr #1 player in state and Top 30 player in nation vs Kenwood Academy's huge front line of Jaden Smith (6'11"senior ) , Aleks Alston (6'10" junior), Calvin Riddle (6'6" senior) and jumping jack Calvin Robins Jr (6'5" senior).

St Laurence (Burbank) with senior Josh Pickett and junior Zerrick Johnson vs sophomore laden Marist (Chicago) with point guard Adoni Vassilakis and wing Stephen Brown. Senior transfer Darshan Thomas from Fenwick (Oak Park) will give them leadership.
