The first of two games between New Trier and #7 Evanston will be played tonight at Beardsley Gym in Evanston. The Evanston home game is the Bob Bost Classic named for a famous coach of basketball and baseball at Evanston. He passed away of cancer a few years ago, and ever since this game has been named after him. Evanston has junior superstar guards Jaylin Gibson and Blake Peters. New Trier lost a lot of talent from last year, but is a tough out with junior guard Ian Burns and senior guard Jimmy Carragher. Evanston has owned his rivalry the last 6 years losing only in that time. I predict Evanston will keep owning that beachfront property by a 65-52 score.
